Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team. As a CPA, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and delivering accurate and timely financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and possess excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Provide guidance on financial decisions by analyzing financial performance and trends

- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures

- Perform accrual accounting and maintain accurate records of financial transactions

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper financial reporting and adherence to company policies

- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on complex accounting issues

- Utilize QuickBooks or other accounting software to manage financial data

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or related field

- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
